AC help

First, a question. Under the dash is a white wire with a molded spade
connector body on it. Both of my 79's have this and it doesn't go
anywhere.
Next, how does the AC power hook up in a Scout?
I have a problem with my AC. Once in a while in GOOD when I start the
truck up the AC fan comes on. The fan switch is off and the heat fan
switch is off, yet; I still get cool air blowing out at me. Anyone know
what to do?
