Sent away for some info on a product called Sani-Tred

They sent a small sample of their Sani-Tred LRB.  It has the feel of a
urethane, without the solvents, etc.  They use water as the catalyst.  Top
it with a colorcoat for UV protection.  $48.75/gallon or $43.75 a gallon in
5 gallon units.

Anyone familiar with this product?  The literature makes it sounmd pretty
user friendly to apply.  They sell an additive to use to thicken it for
vertical or overhead application.  Apply in any thickness without blistering.
