Mig welder..Bull Mastiff..Not a good combo



Well after seeing a $158 dollar price tag on my dogs neck after he chewed
up my mig welder gun. He severed the wires. Here is how I fixed it:

Well I fixed the welder by cutting the stinger cord down a foot and then
hacksawing the clamp off that passes the electricity thru it. I then
wrapped copper wire around the stinger base where the wires conect to the
tip and soldered the heck out of it. I then spliced and soldered the
trigger wires back together and she works fine.

Darn this has delayed finishing projects for customers for a couple weeks.
Sorry to thoes of you who I am fabricating stuff for. Shold be back on
schedule by the end of the week.
