Tom, i have a good scout 2 frame in washington.  it is in good shape and
comes with a body, or at least a tub.  It has a serious rear bumper on it
made out of 1/4 or 3/8 plate with lots of gussets and a big D ring.  I
think the bumper is welded to the frame so that goes with it.  The tub is
mostly rust free but wavy.  if you are interested let me know.  it is a 74
or 75 frame
