        Ring gear and flex plate churn out about 2 cu-ft of air?  It's a 
     huge volume in there, and the sheer weight of the tranmission will 
     pull loose any silicone on there so I'm not worried about that.  
     However, will the torque convertor and ringear really throw air into 
     under water?  How?  It's notlike there are any vanes to make a radial 
     flow pump in there.  Sound like the breather is the way to go, and the 
     sealed dipstick pipe.
