Re: Fuel Pump problem
Hey Tom,
Haven't you anything better to do than pick on me? What did you think
you told me that I didn't know? Did you read the part where I said
that I used Permatex Superlube on the connection because that's what
Holley told me to use, and they sent a tube of it along.
Anyway, if the only way I'm going to hear from you is for you to pick
on me, that's OK. (grin)
Let's see, how can I get even? Hey Tom, did you know that I'm leaving
for the desert tomorrow, and I'm meeting some of the digesters there
for lots and lots of fun, and you can't go because you have to work.
Yeah, that ought to about even us up.
I love you, even if you are obnoxious. (g)

Hey Hoffs:
For a guy that turned me on to dielectric grease, you sure seem to be
slipping. :-)
Any electrical contact of a mechanical nature is sure to corrode
(electrolysis), sooner or later. And, dielectric grease, silicone,
other
materials help prevent this by excluding oxygen and moisture, which
are
both contributors along with the electrons that must pass from one
connection to the other. The "blue crud" is just good old copper
sulfate.
