The Scout antenna up to about 75 or 76 was a telescoping type with a
spring at the base about 2" long that allowed it to lay over if needed.
I don't picture the T/A as having the spring on it's antenna, but looking
at sales brochures, some of the clearly show it and others do not have
it. I think to switch to the wire antenna came after the end of the T/A.
I don't think they are in the parts books, but in a Necessories catalog,
I found P/N
88 087 R92 for the Travelalls all the way from the early 60's through the
1972 date of the catalog and 224 222 R92 for the Scout.
I'd say any telescoping antenna would be appropriate for your T/A.
