Kevin,

My Traveler weighs about 4500 pounds unloaded. I carry a large Rubbermaid
container with tools, tow straps, etc. and it must weigh 100 pounds. I
went to the local dump one day last summer and I had maybe 200 pounds of
garbage in the back. I'm pretty sure the scale clocked it at about 4800
pounds.

The same Traveler weighed about 5700 pounds when I crossed a DOT scale last
fall when pulling my small travel trailer. This included the tongue weight
of the trailer, estimated to be around 500 pounds.

Your Scout must weigh a lot more than 2600 pounds. I'd guess closer to
4000+ pounds!

Anyone else?
