Jeez Tom,

Simplicity itself. You'll some BIG bumpers at least 40 gal. A bigger 
alternator to run the 12 volt heater. A water to water heat exchanger 
possibly from a nuclear power plant so you can exchange heat with the 
radiator water. (This will supplement the 12v heater (or maybe the other 
way around)). A fully sealed water pump like off a cheby or something, 
plumbed to the water tank/bumper, and run off of one of your extra 
belts.

You're there! Just run 'er up to 4000 Rpm's, nice hot shower with, no 
air sputtering. Heck with some filtering, you could ever recycle the 
water!
