Roy's clutch
Roy,
I'm not sure if this will help, but I noticed that on my Hellish project, the throw out fork can be put on backwards. If you did this, you will not get enough travel out of the throw out bearing to release the clutch. I don't know that you would have needed to pull the arm just to change the TO bearing, but if you did, that could be your problem.
This is on Scout II, but it might be the same thing.
