If your bodywork (the Scout) is sagging, it can effect the adjustment of 
the clutch since it is mechanical.

There is a vertcal rod connecting the clutch pedal to the clutch itself.  
This goes through the floor and has a turnbuckle in it.   Twist the 
turnbuckle to adjust.  Can't remember which way.  Mine was frozen, not 
easy to turn.

If your clutch **ever** slips *at all* get on it quick.
