Questions About Lifting

Howdy, IHers,

I have a couple of questions regarding my potential up-coming lift in 
the spring.

I would like to do two inches of suspension lift, possibly three, and a 
one inch body lift.

How can someone easily lift the suspension two inches wiht under-slung 
springs????  Really curious.

Also, is there ever problems with an automatic transmission when a body 
lift is applied?
