Carb for my T'all

We'll I'v got a rough running T'all which I think is a fuel problem. My
truck is a 68 with a 345 using a holly type 2-barrel. I think I'd like to
upgrade to a 4-barrel but I'll need to change my manifold to do that. Does
anyone have a source for the manifold or know which IH vehicles I should
inspect at the scrap yard. 

Also any recomendations of carbs for the 345.
