All the wire hould be ok.  Watch the brake lines, help them to stretch/bend as you go up.  THe fan shour needs to be cut , removed, or relocated.  Exhaust hangers can be a PITA. Shifters and clutch linkage need to be extended, if applicable.  the biggest thing is th steering column.  With my 3", I had to cut intot he fire wall a little so the column could droop a little.  I also had to remove to of the 4 bolts holding the column and use the top holes and the bottom bolts. that will make sense when you do it.
