Tulare IHWR and double posting

Hey all,

The particulars on the Tulare IHWR are:
April 16-18, 1999 at the Tulare Agri-Center in Tulare, CA.

On the double posting issue,  If you post it to ihc-digest@domain.elided, then
both digest and real time members get it.  If you just post it to
ihc@domain.elided, then only the real time members get it.

Hope this clears up any questions.
