Mark,
This is most likely a hub and/or rotor problem. Probably not the wheel bearings.
If you don't have a dial indicator try jacking up the axle and spinning the tires.
You'll be able to see which brakes are grabbing by the slowing down and speeding
up action.
I wonder if the Warn Hubs have a lifetime warranty like their axles?
