Frame Coating

I plan to have the frame for my 66' 800 sandblasted during a frame-off
restoration.  Should I have the axle housings done as well?  If so, what
needs to be done to them beforehand?

Once the frame is blasted, what should be done to it?  Primered and
painted, or maybe powder coated?

My engine rebuild is nearly complete and I want to take care of the
frame before I start putting the chasis/driveline back together.

I'd appreciate any input>
