Chris,
I'm not sure about this, but if you had a willing buddy with a 1/2 ton Chev, it also has a d44 FRONT you could try those hubs, I know the spindles are different six holes instead of 8 in IH, but the hubs might fit.  Its worth a try if you can't find anything else.
