Not to stir up the pot, but, so you don't mind blowing up your Scout engine in
the interest of emissions testing? I wouldn't mind Dyno testing, IF, the
government wasn't involved.

I do agree with you about the visuals. I used to be a smog tech and as far as
I'm concerned, it should be a tailpipe test and that all.
