Re: Holding in the Rear Axle



John and others,
   Let ma say that the collar that is pressed on is help in by the
backing plate to the axle tube. That collar is not exactly something
that will slip off. Have you ever tried to remove one of these without a
torch or press? I would much rather have this than a c-clip. Not to
mention you can snap a shaft right in half and still have the shaft stay
in your tube and not out on the high way or trail.
