Mitch:

If your PCV system is working properly, it should provide a slight vacuum
to the inner passages of your engine, not pressure.- well inflow of
filtered air and outflow of combustion blowby, oil fumes and other gases.
This scavenges out the fumes, blow by etc., to the intake manifold and
burns it. You shouldn't have pressure that causes oil to leak out of the
seals.
