Still feeling stupid...

I would like to settle the length issue for the t-case with a manual or
auto. One said 1" and one said 4". I would like to go to an auto trany some
day but I just bought new drive lines. not cheep (front $425, rear $180) So
if it is 4" there is allot more cost involved besides getting a trany,
linkage and interior.

On the angel issue I have a 4" lift, reverse shackle and cut and twisted
front end. At rest the angel is 15 degrees at the axle and 23 degrees at the
t-case. At full extension the angel is 20 degrees at the axle and 26 degrees
at the t-case. Tom at Six States said no problem just a little faster wear
on the u-joint. The u-joint can go to 30 degrees Max and the CV can go to 36
degrees. This is with 12" wheel travel and a 10" slip yoke.

To the one who is asking there is the preferred angles and there is usable
angles, I would call Tom at six states and ask his opinion 1-800 453-2022
also he is the cheapest I fount for drivelines.

Mike
