33-9.50-15 BFG tires
I have the Mud T/As and my Buddie has the All Terrains and we both like the
tires very much. They trak good and last long about 70,000-80,000 depending
on the driving condition and terrain. We found them to be especially good
inn snow, ice, and the clay type mud in Easter Washington. The reason is
the pounds per square inch is much higher and you get better traction. I
also have aired them down to 10 psi with no problem and been able to float
on sand pretty well.
All in All the added articulation caused by not hitting the inside fendser
well as soon as say a 12.50 width and the on road gas milege as well as
excellent grip on most driving conditions make them my tire of choice. I
buy them at Discount Tire as they havs a $16 warrentee that gives you a new
tire for the cost of a new $16 warrentee plus a $5 balancing fee if you
ever damage it beyond fixing and there is 5/32 tread left on it. I have
already replaced two tires this way and saved myself the tires cost of
approx $128 each.
The sidewall on my two "damaged" tires was a hole cause by a piecs of angle
iron that I drove over in a junk yard and didnt see and another piece of
steel that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thank goodness for the
warrentee as they have saved me $260 so far.
