Brendan,
There is a guy in Southern Scouts that has a PTO Ramsey winch (can't
remember his name). It was a factory option off another Scout. He rebuilt
the winch with parts purchased directly from Ramsey. You may want to check
with them for parts availability before you make the purchase.
