Chris,
It's my understanding that the disks consume less fluid. That's because
the pads barely back off from the rotor when the brake pedal is released.
So, when the pedal is pressed the front disks should take much less of a
gulp than the rear drums. Maybe the reservoir is bigger cause as the pads
wear, the front braking system will continue to need more and more
available fluid to keep that system full. Whereas, the back drums should
be self adjusting (yeah,right) so their fluid need is constant.
