Chassis ground? What chassis ground? Oh, you mean the one I haven't had
time to hook up! ;)
I fixed it.
I yanked the starter from the 196 (how easy it is, when the motor's on a
pallet), and put it onto the 304.. hooked things back up, and it spins
beautifully, and is easy to start now.
Whew.
I'm curious.. the 196 harness had 2 connections to the starter - large
center, and one wire to the top post.
The 304 harness makes all 3 connections... one wire top, 3 or 4 in the
large middle, and one to the bottom terminal.
Why?
