2wd to 4wd?

Which is easier?

1. Convert a 800 Scout from 2WD to 4WD
2. Put the body from the 2WD on the 4WD frame

I've got to think adding the transfer case and switching axles, etc.  But
wonder if you guys have any suggestions.

On a somewhat related note, are the frames on an 80 and 800 basically the
same? There's also a possibility of putting the good body on an 80 frame.
The WB are the same, so it should be the same, right?

Go easy on me... I don't do this kind of work much.
