Joe,
   I have a 3.54 gear on my 3.07 truck. Therefore for every 20 MPH I'm
actually 3 MPH over. Therefore 60 is really 69 MPH. But, since I know
that, I know how fast I'm going.  I had contemplated swapping the gear
for the right one, but; needless to say...
