I don't have a 72 R-M paint chip chart that indicates a
grille color of "Silver Gray Irid, code 884".  I don't know
if that is the same as the wheels.

I used Hammerite Silver (it isn't the hammered type)
and it isn't too bright, I think it looks like OEM silver
painted steel wheels.  You might want to pick up
a can and test it to see what you think.
