Where to get Carb Jets????

Well, I tuned up my buddy's '73 Landcruiser for him. It was running like crap,
so we replaced the points, wires, plugs, cap, rotor, and I rebuilt the carb.
The only thing is the carb (a GM Rochester 2 Jet) needs to be re-jetted. He's
currently running 43's, and needs to run it on partial choke, so I suggested
purchasing a pair of 46's and a pair of 48's to fine tune the right mixture
(we had a set of 51's and they're way too rich). Anyway, so we called NAPA,
CrapBoys, Car Quest, etc., and none of them carry jets nor can they order
them. Then, we looked in the phone book under carbs, and none of the specialty
carb places carried them either. He needs a pair of jets and has no where to
get them... Any ideas????

Granted, he doesn't own an IH, but I also am going to have to re-jet my carb
before I put my turbocharger on, otherwise, it will essentially do nothing
except make my engine run like crap. I have a holley 1904 1 barrel. Besides,
the Landcruiser is a cool truck, and damn it, I'd hate to see it run poorly...
Wait, what the hell am I talking about, I'd rather see my Scout run good.
Anyway, Both he and I need jets, so where can I get them...
Thanks,
Devin Smith

P.S.- My english teacher always told me a thesis statement wasn't always at
the beginning.... Man, this really holds true on the digest
