My advice is forget all about the highly toxic catalyzed enamels.  Go to a
large NAPA, (one that carries auto paints) and buy their Martin Senour
brand acrylic enamel.   This stuff is *VERY* easy to apply.  They can mix
the IH colors too.   Not cheap, but then all good auto paints are
expensive.  '67 IH Scout red, $140/gal.
