RE: Michigan Digesters



Ken,

With all the salt on the roads in winter around here, anything over 8
years old is pretty much a rust bucket.  I don't know if you noticed or
not, but I'd say that 80% of the cars on the road in SE Michigan are
domestic brands, quite unlike other regions in the country.  

Surprisingly (to me anyway) I get more looks and comments in my Scout
than I do in my Travelall.  I guess a lot more people are familiar with
Scouts than Travelalls.  Most people say things like "I had a Scout
once, and it was the best damn vehicle I ever owned.  If it wouldn't
have rusted away, I'd still be driving it.".  I really get a kick out of
it.
