200 MPH



There's been a lot of discussion on how much power is needed to run 200 MPH,
who did it, when, etc.

I think this is definative, the LSR requires 2 back-to-back runs and this
was an increase of 28 mph over the old record.

Roughly 900 HP in a streamlined body (definately not a Scout), but check the
date!

Compare that to the 2400 HP used 8 years later to challenge 300 MPH.
