Hi Luke, et al,

I might be jumping in on something that's already been
tried, but...   Have you cleaned the battery connections?
...not with baking soda, but with a wire brush so's they're
shiny, both the terminals and the cables.  Also, make sure
the main battery wires are in excellent shape.  It's amazing
how much trouble you can get into when the battery to cable
connections are not shiny, and when the cable to starter and
cable to ground are not good.

Just a thought.
