Well..
I've got a hold of someone at Rhino and they are going to call me back...
As far as I can tell now.. the lining used for our vehicles is not flame
retardant..
But they do use an attentive to make it flame retardant for use in airplanes
and other commercial vehicles and applications...

Still working on it..
