Durango man's Jacobs box

<snip:power and gets about 1-2 mpg less than it did before the Jacobs.
I called
them up and asked them about it, and they told me to gap the plugs
another
.005. But when I told the guy that I had a "1976 International
Harvester
Scout" he replied "Jeep?", so my confidence level with these guys is a
little low. What is your opinion?

I have a high confidence level with the Jacobs products. If you look at
their book "the doctors guide to optimizing your ignition" there is a
picture of a Scout engine compartment in the section dealing with
'underhood heat' and mounting of components. Someone on the design team
definitely knows Binders. My 74/345 truck has the energy team on it and
runs better, starts better, slightly better mileage.
?????-s' did you get the wires with it? what shape is the distributor
firing it? Did you hook it up right?
