Came home to check in around 8pm tonight before heading back to work.. 
and, much to my surprise (www.ups.com sure didn't give me any indication 
via tracking numbers) all four lift springs, all four Heckethorn shocks, 
the shackle bushing kit, and the U-bolts n' bushings are here!

I tried hurryin' up at work to get home and install 'em.. but decided 
that I should wait until Saturday morning to install everything.  Julie 
has some scary doctor's appointments tomorrow, and the last thing I want 
to do is go 'round about any lift kits.. :-)

So, "smarter" or "cooler" thinking prevailed.. and Saturday morning the 
impact wrench comes out early!

BTW, I asked before...

Since I'm replacing the springs, getting the old bushings out is not a 
problem.. but what about the shackle to frame bushings?  Are those going 
to be a problem for me?  Do I need to use a torch, or the "bolt n' 
washer' home made press?

Anyhow.. time for bed.. long day tomorrow, and I want to be up early 
Saturday!
