FS: 67 Scout 800

Howdy all,

	For Various reasons, my brother didn't buy this Scout, and I
can't have a project right now so I told the guy with the 67 Scout that I
would post this for him.

	67 Scout 800
	4-152
	makes a tocking noise (like it needs rod and main bearings)
	body in really good shape
	right hand drive	
	2 wheel drive
	it WILL run cause I had it running before, but it needs gas, and a
jump start.  so bring gas :)
	

     What I think it needs:
	Rod and main bearings
	a new battery
	hosed out
	figure out why the radio don't work
	hosed out again
	the tailgate don't shut, but looking at it - all it appears
	  to need is the catch on the body lowered or something so that
	  hook can grab it
	hosed out one more time for good measure
	I think there is a wire loose or somethin behind the dash cause
	  the dash lights flickered a bit, needed to wiggle the knob
	something done with the liftgate latch to make that thing stay shut

I did road test it and it is SLOW AS HELL!!!!!!!!

	he is asking $600 but is negotiable  (DON'T tell him I said this -
but I was offered $200.  And I am pretty sure you all could get a similler
deal if you negotate)

	And as a added bonus...  If you can work with my schedule (which
is really flexable right now) I will go with you and help you tow it
out of there.  (it does run, but like I said it is SLOW!!!!!  And I am the one
who wired it to run, so I am good for something :)   And it would be cool
to see a fellow listmember :)
