ant mount

FWIW, rather than weld to the body, Con-Fer sells windshield frame light
mounts that work well as an antenna mount too. I installed them on the 800
(for lights) and have them, on the CJ for antennas. They are not specific
to IHs by application but the Jeep set work fine on the 800 and I would
imagine they would on a SII as well. They also offer light tabs for their
roof racks that would make a sweet antenna mount.
