i have to concur, 4-wheel parts wholesalers has great prices but the 
customer service is lacking.  when i bought my rancho 9000's, i asked 
them to ship them as soon as possible.........i got them a week later and 
there were five of them.  three were the wrong size.  sent the three back 
and called to tell them what was wrong with the order.  no problem.  well 
they sent the correct size but again there were three of them......not to 
mention that i was charged for all of them.  called them back asking for 
the manager.........the guy hung up on me.  called again and got the 
manager this time.......told her the story in a rather angry manner and 
she gave me the extra shock free.  so in the end i got five shocks for 
the price of three (original deal was buy three get the forth free).  
granted everything worked out after about a month........but what a 
hassle!!!
