Batteries: Yet again and winches (Arg)

Hi Gang
When I worked as a paramedic, there was a switch in the Ambulance under the
driver's seat called a "Boston" switch.  This ran one of two batteries,
none or both. 
Look of an old ambulance or fire truck in a wrecking yard.
The best winch I have found Yet is one that runs off of my PTO.  nothing
like a 270 hp winch.
