Does anybody know of this guy?

In the July 1995 issue of Classic Auto Restorer (I know, get a life) there's
an 1963 C900 owned by Richard Finch of Halcottsville, New York.

The article says that he's the second owner, and he knew the first.  The
first owner hardly ever used the truck (7000 miles), never in winter, and
never really carried anything heavy.

At the time of the article it was up to 8500 miles.  He did repaint it because
the original paint didn't buff out too well, but almost everything else is
original (including the paint on the engine).
