1958,dash. IH electic vehichles.

I thought a 1958 had what I would call a central gauge pod.Does it not
seperate with the use of a phillups screwdriver? And last I read,IH aka
Navistar is currently testing a hybred diesel/electric medium duty truck
for delivery duties.No transmission,quieter,more driver friendly.  Robert
