345 in San Diego

I have someone in San Diego planning an Electric Power Conversion
on his 78 Scout. The 345 is supposed to have been rebuilt and running very
good.
He is willing to give the engine to someone in exchange for pulling it,
gutting the 
exhaust, removing the gas tank (you keep all the stuff) and fabricating
some brackets 
for his battery trays (14 12 volt batteries??).

You need to be very close to San Diego, have the facilities to do the work,
including
the fab work on the battery trays. You do not supply anything except the
labor, tools
and a place to do the work. He wants to complete this project before
Pittsburgh wins
the Super Bowl.
