Re: East Coast junk yards



I'll second that emotion... I live in NJ, and damn it, I swear we have less
than 100 Scouts in the whole state. I've been to maybe 15 junkyards. Thus far,
I think I have seen 3 Scout II's. No 80's, no 800's. Where are us east coast
boys supposed to get parts. Hell, I saw one picture, I think it was on Joel's
page or somebody's, and its a junkyard in Oregon. Nothing but 80's and 800's
as far as the eye can see. Beautiful. Now all they need is a little work.
O.K., maybe a little more than that, but I'm looking at big shipping charges
on any parts I want. Especially axles and the like. They have to be shipped
train freight. Anyway, just figured I'd share my voice.
