Bumper

Happy New Year All!
I just traded a Terra cab for credit at one of our local welding shops. My plan is to have them build me a winch mount bumper.
Anyone on the list have a good working blueprint for a bumper they would be willing to share?
The bumper will need to hold a Warn or Ramsey 9000 lb. winch,
 tow hooks (off of a school bus),  a set of off road lights and perhaps a handyman jack.
The guy that took the Terra cab will put it on his Traveler, which is used for plowing snow. He wants better visibility and a warmer cab, both should be addressed by the Terra cab. I asked if he needs to chain up for plowing and he said "that scout is unstoppable, even with bald tires".
