Tom's A/C questions

I don't know the exact measurments of output, but my dad set up a york
compressor as a home unit.  The A/C unit was out of a 70's F^%D and he
hooked it up to a  motor via a V-belt.  The compressor has been in use
since the mid 70's and still runs strong.  It has been used for sand
blasting and tool use since then (helps to have at least one tank hooked
up and an evaporator in-line though).  I don't think the use of a 110
motor would increase the output, so it should be able to handle most
chores.
