I was watching the Northwest Cable news today.  They were doing a
story about people who live in Washington but license there vehicles
in oregon.  They showed a nice looking green scout II getting pulled
over and ticketed.  They zoomed in on the license plate it was
???-136.  I hope this wasnt a list member.
