For all interested....
The Scout ][ sending unit is the Chrysler style...I the OE manuals I have..
it talks about a few different types of IH sending units.. And when I read
it I thought it was a GM style but I was wrong..
so I had some old Scout gauges and I tested the myself... So I am
positive...
