Upgrade from an E30 to an E32?

   Looking to upgrade one of our E30s to something bigger, maybe an E32.  
Not looking at the v12s or the Nikasils.  Curious about the differences 
between the 735i and 735iL, besides more passenger leg room.  What are the 
problems areas to watch for in these cars (like the timing belts on the 
e30!)?
